The 65th Annual APB Conference will be hosted by the Idaho Power Company in Oxbow, OR on Wednesday, September 24th – Friday, September 26. This year’s lodging will be a little different as Idaho Power has fully reserved their Copperfield Campground for the APB from September 23 – 26. The meeting will be held at the on-site Oxbow School house which will also host a 2-night cornhole tournament and social in the gymnasium. Idaho Power’s Hells Canyon Complex is located on the Snake River downstream of Ontario OR.  The Project field tours will include a jetboat ride downstream of Hells Canyon Dam through the largest rapids in Hells Canyon!
